Before beginning your brain training journey, we’ll start with a one-on-one consultation to understand your unique goals, current stressors, and areas where you’d like to see growth. This is a safe space to ask questions, explore what brain training involves, and receive guidance on how our process can support your wellness and lifestyle.

Experience a gentle, non-invasive neurofeedback session using NeurOptimal®, an FDA-certified wellness device. For 33 minutes, your brain receives real-time feedback to help it self-correct and move away from unhelpful patterns. You can relax while listening to music, knowing your brain is doing the work—building resilience, flexibility, and clarity from within.

To help you stay connected to your progress, we provide tools designed to make change visible and measurable. It is not used to diagnose medical disorders nor is it used as a medical treatment for disorders and has not been approved for any medical purpose by the FDA, Health Canada or any governing agency. While Zengar® users may or may not be licensed health care practitioners, their use of NeurOptimal® is solely as a tool for brain training and optimization and not as a means of diagnosis or as a medical intervention.
It is not possible to predict what the client’s central nervous system will do with the information it is offered and consequently there can be no guarantee as to the results of my training. Under normal use, NeurOptimal® does not produce side effects. Some clients however, may experience some temporary effects from training due to the increase in challenge to the brain that the training represents. This effect typically resolves after a few Sessions.
